Local real estate investment firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Asset Manager to join in the management of a regional commercial office portfolio.? The position of Assistant Asset Manager offers a competitive salary and flexible hours, with office headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.

The Assistant Asset Manager will work directly for the building owner and is responsible for all onsite property management operations for a 6-building 385,000 SF Office Building portfolio located in the Denver-Broomfield-Boulder metro area.

Qualified candidates will be expected to perform the following skills:

• Rent Roll and Lease Administration
• Monthly Financial Reporting and Variance Reports
• Lease Sale Financial Yield Analysis
• Project Management and Construction Supervision
• Tenant, Vendor Employee Relations
• Brokerage Liaison
• Lease Document Preparation

A competitive salary and flexible hours are being offered to the top candidate possessing the following minimum qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited institution in a related field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hotel/Motel)
• 5 years of commercial real estate property management experience
• RPM (BOMA) or CPM (IREM) designation, or pursuit of same in the last 24 months
• Colorado Real Estate License, or pursuit of same in the last 24 months
